You will need to be reasonably physically fit to carry out the service, of course, but apart from that we welcome new partners of all ages and backgrounds.

Organised & highly motivated
Even with a pre-packaged business opportunity like the Lawnkeeper franchise, you will still need to put in the work to make it succeed. You need to be someone who is self-determined and has the drive and ambition to fulfil their true potential as business owners. While we will be on hand to support and advise you, you are the one who will carry this business and will need to ensure you are ready to put in all the time and effort required to make the most of it.
You will also be responsible for carrying out all your work to the high standard associated with the Lawnkeeper brand, and organising your time effectively and efficiently.
A great communicator
When it comes down to it, all businesses are people businesses, and Lawnkeeper especially so. While you will be spending quite a bit of time working alone at the beginning, the relationships you build with your customers are absolutely essential to your success. We’ve worked hard at this and have made it a key strength of our brand, which is why so much of our business comes from recommendations and referrals.
We will, of course, share our experience and knowledge with you, but you do still need to be someone who is friendly and approachable, is willing to spend time getting to know customers, and always delivers on their promises. You’ll also need to come across as confident and knowledgeable about the service you are offering – which, after our training, you will be!
A good team player
As in any successful business network, teamwork is critical. While you will very much be the boss, and will enjoy all the benefits of running your own business, you will also be part of a larger network of business owners who depend on each other for their success.
You will need to follow the systems that the Lawnkeeper business model lays out for you, and play you part in growing the reputation of the brand. Likewise, the network will always be there for you when you need it. Your success is our success, after all!
